Pedro To Make First Spring Start
Pedro Martinez makes his first spring start today. It’s only the second time he’s been scheduled to play in a game. The first time, March 6, the game was rained out. Pedro has been filling his time by pitching simulated games and batting practice. It’s kind of late to be getting your first start but with the activities Pedro has done the team thinks he can throw about 4 innings. I wouldn’t worry very much about Pedro right now.
