More Sidebar Content
In case you haven’t noticed I’ve added yet more functionality to what is slowly becoming the worlds longest blog sidebar. I also changed the order in which some of the sidebar content appears in an effort to get some of the more relevant things higher up on the page. I’ve added Standings (under Archives) and placed the ML Scoreboard and Upcoming Games sections just below it. The Links section down is now after Upcoming games.
You also may have noticed that recent posts have Technorati tags at the end. These tags are being used to create the blob diagram toward the bottom of the sidebar. This diagram will eventually show the ten most used Technorati tags for the last 60 days. Currently it only shows for the last ten or so posts since that’s how long I’ve been tagging posts. The biger and darker the link is in the diagram, the more often it’s been used. The smaller and lighter the link is, the less it’s been used. Why do I have this? For one thing it looks techy cool. For another it gives me (and my readers) and idea of what I’ve been writing about.
